Responsibilities
- Represent the Royal Org brand at events and promotions across the Central Region.
- Engage attendees, answer questions, demonstrate products, and capture lead information.
- Promote campaigns, explain product features, and drive attendance to events and activities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to achieve event targets and KPIs.
- Log data, provide post-event reports, and share insights for optimization.
- Ensure brand standards, maintain a professional appearance, and follow safety and quality protocols.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, booth setup, and registrations to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident public speaking.
- Energetic, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; may require weekend/evening shifts.
- Prior events, promotions, or customer-facing experience a plus.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a bonus in Singapore.
- Willingness to travel within the Central Region and adapt to diverse audiences.
