You will manage the end-to-end RFQ process, ensuring that quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage the full RFQ lifecycle, from request receipt to quotation submission and followâup.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and cost estimates in line with client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionâmaking.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar clientâfacing role.
- Strong understanding of RFQ processes, quotation preparation, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossâfunctional team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on dataâdriven decision making.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
