Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
  • Deliver engaging virtual or in-person product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and delightful customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, inventory, logistics) to align product availability and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and matching them with relevant products.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or product consultancy—automotive or tech industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication platforms.
