Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement comprehensive sales action plans to achieve assigned sales targets for designated territories and product portfolios.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize product visibility and market share.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, identify trends, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of promotions and product launches.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize cost-efficiency while meeting revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and local regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a territory management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Melaka region.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
