You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across manufacturing and corporate functions. By leveraging dataâdriven insights, you will help shape competitive compensation structures and performance management frameworks that motivate employees.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Administer performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers.
- Design and deliver employee engagement and retention programs.
- Oversee learning & development initiatives and career pathing.
- Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data for accurate reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven track record in endâtoâend recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
