Responsibilities
- Design and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits (C&B) programs to support business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, tracking, and appraisals.
- Analyze market data to benchmark salary ranges and ensure internal and external competitiveness.
- Develop reward strategies and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to align individual performance metrics with corporate objectives.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and analytics regarding rewards, headcount, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Rewards & Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
