Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to develop and implement robust operational plans that enhance patient throughput and service efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions for process improvement.
- Manage resource allocation strategies, including manpower planning and facility utilization, to ensure optimal operational capacity at all times.
- Prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making and annual budgeting cycles.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional task forces aimed at workflow redesign and digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare facility.
- Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure that operational requirements are met within the established budgetary constraints.
- Ensure all operational activities and planning processes comply with national healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in operations planning, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or public service sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
