Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from initial entry to final dispatch, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and ensure timely picking and packing of orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order status inquiries, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders, to ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
- Monitor and resolve fulfillment discrepancies, such as damaged shipments or incorrect items, in a timely manner.
- Analyze fulfillment metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to existing supply chain processes.
- Maintain precise data integrity within the ERP system to ensure real-time visibility of order flows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service operations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Detailed understanding of distribution procedures and inventory management principles.
