Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export freight operations for air and ocean shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and freight carriers to arrange transportation
- Prepare and verify export documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Liaise with customs brokers to ensure proper export clearance procedures
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients regarding shipment status
- Optimize routing and consolidate shipments to maximize cost efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and handle documentation corrections
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight processes and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and freight management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Philippine customs regulations and procedures is a plus
