Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned overseas automotive markets.
- Manage end-to-end export sales processes, from lead generation and quotation to order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors and automotive clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase product penetration.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts.
- Participate in international trade shows and industry events to represent the company brand.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and export documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support international business activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
