Chinese Swimming Club is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Facilities Housekeeping Executive to oversee property operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence across our premises. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary range of SGD 3,200–4,500 per month, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work culture located in the vibrant East Coast, Central Region of Singapore. You will work closely with other department heads to optimise resource utilisation, manage vendor contracts, and implement best‑practice housekeeping protocols that align with the club’s vision of quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure immaculate cleanliness of all club facilities.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures in line with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; place orders and control costs.
- Oversee routine maintenance and minor repairs of club premises, liaising with external contractors as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with club policies.
- Handle member and guest inquiries related to housekeeping and facilities, providing prompt and courteous resolutions.
- Assist in budgeting and reporting for housekeeping operations, tracking expenses and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, housekeeping supervision, or a related hospitality role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills; proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with inventory control, vendor management, and basic budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Relevant certifications in housekeeping, health & safety, or facilities management are advantageous.
