We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Manager (Hard & Soft Services) to join our Central Region team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of hard and soft facility services, ensuring our properties operate at peak efficiency, safety, and comfort.
You will work closely with internal stakeholdersâincluding property management, leasing, finance, and senior leadershipâto align facility strategies with business objectives. Your remit will include overseeing maintenance and repair of building infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural elements) as well as supervising cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other soft services. By implementing bestâpractice processes, you will drive continuous improvement, reduce operational costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will review service requests, coordinate with technicians, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise all hard services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building fabric) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, pest control).
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the facilities team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and customer focus.
- Negotiate and oversee service contracts with external vendors, monitoring performance and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills to maintain a safe environment.
- Prepare and control the facilities budget, tracking expenditures and identifying costâsaving opportunities.
- Collaborate with property management, leasing, and senior leadership to align facility strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of handsâon facilities management experience, covering both hard and soft services.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget control.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore health & safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Holder of relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management) is advantageous.
