Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily building operations to ensure seamless facility performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and control facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost‑effective solutions.
