Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily building maintenance and general facility operations to ensure high standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service contractors for repairs, cleaning, and security services.
- Prepare regular site inspection reports and document building conditions.
- Assist in the administration of property documentation, including lease agreements and maintenance logs.
- Monitor utility usage and assist in administrative tasks related to property budget management.
- Ensure compliance with building safety and health protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
