Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee daily building operations and facility maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and utility companies for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of facility supplies and monitor procurement requests.
  • Address occupant concerns, maintenance tickets, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of building maintenance logs, work orders, and service contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly facility reports and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in facilities management or property administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with tenants, vendors, and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to be physically present at the Greenhills location.
  • Knowledge of basic building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is highly preferred.
