Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for healthcare facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Implement sustainable facility management practices to reduce environmental impact
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
- Conduct regular facility audits and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate facility upgrades and renovation projects
- Develop emergency preparedness and response protocols for facilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare facility management
- Professional certification in Facility Management (CFM) or Green Building (LEED AP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and IoT applications
- Experience managing capital projects and facility budgets
- Certification in healthcare facility safety regulations
- Proficiency in CMMS software and facility management tools
