Responsibilities

- Monitor crop health and livestock conditions, implementing pest control and disease prevention measures.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of farm machinery, tools, and infrastructure.
- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage resources to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production yields, inputs, and labor for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with government agencies and suppliers for timely procurement of seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable farming practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in farm supervision or agricultural management.
- Strong knowledge of crop production, livestock handling, and modern farming techniques.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and motivate workers.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, farm machinery maintenance, and safety standards.
- Basic budgeting and financial tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
