Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust experimental strategies tailored to client research objectives.
- Conduct professional, hands-on demonstrations of laboratory protocols and workflows at client sites.
- Provide expert technical guidance for the installation, operation, and optimization of scientific instrumentation.
- Analyze experimental data to provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports for clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and workshops to laboratory personnel.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product Management teams to bridge customer feedback with future product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting or as an application specialist.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, NGS, Electrophoresis, etc.).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to support client needs.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
