Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operating, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance on advanced laboratory equipment.
- Accurately recording, interpreting, and reporting test data in laboratory information systems.
- Preparing chemical solutions, reagents, and media as required by standard procedures.
- Actively contributing to root cause analysis and troubleshooting of quality deviations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety protocols and GLP standards.
- Managing laboratory inventory, including chemical stock and consumables procurement.

Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Accurately record, interpret, and document experimental data and test results in laboratory notebooks and databases.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and media required for testing and experimental procedures.
- Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to support new product development and process optimization.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring chemical stock levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or research laboratory (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 17025).
- Proficiency in fundamental laboratory techniques such as titration, spectrophotometry (UV-Vis, AAS), chromatography (HPLC, GC), or microbiological methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be based in Citeureup, West Java.
