Responsibilities
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop new food and beverage formulations.
- Conduct pilot‑scale trials and evaluate product performance under various processing conditions.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical tools and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to align product development with business goals.
- Monitor ingredient suppliers and assess the quality and functionality of raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as HPLC, GC, viscosity, texture analysis, and sensory evaluation.
- Ability to design experiments, interpret data, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
