Fast TAT Credit Services is looking for a dynamic Field Credit Investigator to join our growing team in Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our credit evaluation process, ensuring that the information provided by loan applicants is accurate, reliable, and verified through ground-level investigation.
As a Field Credit Investigator, you will enjoy a flexible part-time schedule while performing critical assessments that directly impact our lending decisions. Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site physical verification of residential and business addresses provided by loan applicants.
- Interview applicants, neighbors, and character references to validate employment, residency, and business legitimacy.
- Document findings accurately by taking high-quality photographs and preparing concise, factual investigation reports.
- Analyze gathered data to identify potential red flags, inconsistencies, or fraudulent activities.
- Coordinate with the credit evaluation team to ensure a fast turnaround time (TAT) for all pending applications.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy laws while handling sensitive applicant information.
- Manage your own daily route and schedule efficiently to maximize productivity in the field.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit investigation, background checking, or field collections is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English and Filipino (Tagalog) for effective communication during interviews.
- Exceptional observational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for data entry and photo documentation.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel around Muntinlupa City and surrounding areas; owning a motorcycle is a significant advantage.
