Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts across assigned store locations.
- Perform inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
- Prepare detailed variance reports and analyze root causes of inventory differences.
- Support inventory control initiatives by recommending process improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with store managers and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Maintain inventory documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock auditing, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
