Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory within Bacolod and Negros Occidental to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Conduct regular field visits to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
  • Provide frontline feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer service.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Field Representative, Sales Agent, or Account Executive in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bacolod City and the broader Negros Occidental region (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation).
