Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing clients within your assigned territory to present and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular contact and follow-ups.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, client records, and expense documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals in compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall growth.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, direct selling, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to conduct daily field visits and travel within assigned areas (Taguig City and Metro Manila).
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Own transportation and valid driver's license preferred but not required.
