Responsibilities
- Execute daily field sales activities to reach and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and community events to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical sales standards while operating in the field.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or a related customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High energy, resilient, and comfortable working in an outdoor or field-based environment.
- Basic proficiency in mobile technology and CRM applications.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as required by business needs.
