Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- Conduct regular field visits to prospect customers and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Present and demonstrate company products to potential clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in field sales or business development (preferably in chemical or industrial products)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel around Metro Manila and nearby areas
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
