Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards, GE Healthcare policies, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing field feedback to influence product design and service processes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on field service experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Proven expertise in servicing imaging modalities (e.g., X‑ray, ultrasound, MRI) or comparable diagnostic systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interacting with clinical staff and hospital administrators.
