Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily on-site packing and logistics operations to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of field technicians and logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and proactive communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely resource allocation and project completion.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and spearhead initiatives to optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in field service management, logistics, or industrial packing environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in operational management software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards and safety regulations is highly desirable.
