Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to understand their protection and investment goals.
- Present and recommend suitable life insurance, health insurance, and investment-linked products tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their changing needs are met over time.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and business development goals.
- Participate actively in company training programs, sales meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Manage your own schedule and business operations effectively to maximize productivity.
- Adhere strictly to industry regulations and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course; fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong desire to succeed in a sales and client-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a high level of discipline.
- Must be willing to take the licensure examination for insurance agents.
- Resident of Butuan City or willing to work in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
- With a professional network or community ties is an advantage.
- Must be of good moral character and pass company background checks.
