Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed asset management reports including performance metrics and risk assessments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support business development initiatives through financial feasibility studies
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and valuation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or asset management
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or ACCA certification preferred
- Experience with SAP financial systems desirable
