Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver high-quality presentations and professional advice on financial planning and investment strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
