Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients to grow the company's financial portfolio in the Davao region.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide tailored insurance and investment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on financial literacy and Allianz PNB products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach.
  • Provide ongoing support and policy reviews to existing clients to ensure their financial goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
