Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients to grow the company's financial portfolio in the Davao region.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging presentations on financial literacy and Allianz PNB products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach.
- Provide ongoing support and policy reviews to existing clients to ensure their financial goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel and engage with local communities in Davao.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
