Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to promote Allianz life insurance products and services.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and financial planning assessments to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance KPIs consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns professionally and timely.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Collaborate with the branch team to strategize on market penetration and local business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving results.
- Willing to undergo training and attend regular product briefings and seminars.
- Computer literate and capable of using CRM systems for documentation and tracking.
- Valid driver's license and own means of transportation is a distinct advantage for field visits.
