Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for prospective and existing clients to identify wealth protection, accumulation, and retirement goals
  • Present and recommend Allianz PNB Life Insurance products, including investment-linked plans, mutual funds, and variable life insurance
  • Build and maintain a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Provide ongoing client service, policy reviews, and portfolio adjustments to ensure alignment with changing life circumstances
  • Meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Stay current on market trends, product knowledge, and industry regulations to offer expert advice
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or relationship management (fresh graduates with strong drive may be considered)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino
