Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for prospective and existing clients to identify wealth protection, accumulation, and retirement goals
- Present and recommend Allianz PNB Life Insurance products, including investment-linked plans, mutual funds, and variable life insurance
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Provide ongoing client service, policy reviews, and portfolio adjustments to ensure alignment with changing life circumstances
- Meet individual and team sales targets while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Stay current on market trends, product knowledge, and industry regulations to offer expert advice
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1â2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or relationship management (fresh graduates with strong drive may be considered)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client profiles
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Willingness to obtain insurance and investment licenses as required by regulatory bodies (e.g., Insurance Commission, BSP)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools
