Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with local banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing channels.
- Provide expert financial support to the sales team by structuring diverse, customer-centric financing solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure and ensure effective risk control.
- Drive deal conversion rates by improving the speed and efficiency of the financing approval process.
- Optimize internal costs by negotiating favorable terms and streamlining financial documentation workflows.
- Conduct regular financial audits and reporting to ensure compliance with corporate risk management policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with overall company sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or corporate financing within the manufacturing or heavy machinery sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian banking regulations and financial products.
- Proven ability to negotiate with financial stakeholders and manage complex credit portfolios.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
