Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dynamic Finishing Manager to oversee the finishing processes for indoor furniture products destined for export and domestic retail markets. In this role, you will ensure that all finished goods meet stringent QA standards, comply with export customer requirements, and align with company KPIs. You will collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize workflow efficiency, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture finishing, ERP systems, and performance reporting, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing operations (sanding, staining, painting, polishing) for indoor furniture lines.
- Ensure compliance with export customer QA standards and internal quality protocols.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to finish quality, throughput, and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with ERP system to track production schedules, material usage, and labor costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors and operators to achieve daily targets.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Liaise with logistics and sales teams to guarantee on‑time delivery of finished goods.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing SOPs and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture finishing or surface coating management.
- Proven knowledge of export quality standards (e.g., ISO, FSC, customer‑specific specs).
- Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for production tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and interpret KPI dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
