Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive seamless integration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to contract negotiation and closing.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and represent the company in high-level commercial partnerships.
- Implement data-driven revenue forecasting models and performance metrics (KPIs) to track success.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Commercial Management, Business Development, or Revenue leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven success in scaling revenue in a competitive market environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, CRM software, and revenue forecasting tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
- Deep understanding of commercial operations, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition/retention tactics.
- Excellent fluency in Indonesian and English to manage local and international business communications.
