Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive leadership for all plant operations, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives and site-specific production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen) to reduce waste, optimize cycle times, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain rigorous adherence to quality management systems and safety protocols (HSE) across all production lines.
- Manage the annual operational budget, including P&L responsibility, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure maximum profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production supervisors, engineers, and technical staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory management to ensure seamless production flow and on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Implement proactive equipment maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset life-cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical) or Business Management; an MBA is considered a strong plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years at a Senior Manager level within a multinational environment.
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001).
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large P&L budgets and capital expenditure projects.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, capable of presenting to regional or global leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data-driven performance management tools.
