Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new features and functionalities for our Fintech platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Participate actively in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, contributing to the resolution of production incidents.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the Fintech industry.
- Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Solid foundational understanding of programming principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or Go.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- A strong interest in the Fintech industry and financial technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
