Responsibilities
- Attend virtual training sessions to learn about Pru Life UK's insurance products and sales techniques.
- Prospect and generate leads through referrals, social media, and community networks.
- Conduct virtual or face-to-face client meetings to assess their financial needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and gather required documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely premium payments and policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using company CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team leaders and mentors to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required).
- No previous sales or insurance experience necessary — full training provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Basic computer literacy and access to a stable internet connection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo licensing process as required by the Insurance Commission.
- Resides in or near Marikina City for occasional face-to-face engagements.
