Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations on the assigned floor to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Manage scheduling, task delegation, and performance coaching for sales associates and floor staff.
- Monitor floor presence, visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional execution in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive omnichannel success by ensuring excellent in-store and online customer service, product knowledge, and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze daily sales, traffic, and KPI data to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, and store policies.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize stock availability and store operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies; results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya and adapt to shift requirements.
