Join Erajaya as Store Head Fashion (Talent Pool) - Supervisor on a contract basis, charged with driving sales performance and guiding a fashion-focused store in Penjaringan, Jakarta. Key responsibilities include developing and executing compelling sales plans, mentoring and managing staff, optimizing shift schedules, and ensuring premium merchandising and in-store presentation. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock takes to maximize availability and minimize losses. You will collaborate with regional teams on promotions, events, and campaigns, and report performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with policies, loss prevention, and safety standards while maintaining store presentation at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on campaigns and events, providing feedback and insights for continual improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail store leadership, preferably in fashion or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, manage KPIs, and leverage POS systems and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention practices.
