Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Samarinda location in East Kalimantan. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and profitability by executing promotions, optimizing menu mix, and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; manage scheduling and labor costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste control, and supplier relationships to minimize costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of retail or food-service management experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, scheduling, and basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
