We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Foreman to oversee our construction operations in Rokan Hilir, Riau. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Manage material inventory and calculate resource requirements accurately to prevent wastage and control costs.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all workers.
- Assign tasks to laborers and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets engineering specifications and company standards.
- Report daily progress to project managers and address any immediate site issues or delays.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Foreman or Site Supervisor role.
- Proven ability to manage construction materials and calculate quantities efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations in Riau.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma (SMK) in Civil Engineering or Construction.
