Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
- Document production data, employee attendance, and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Proven experience as a Foreman, Team Leader, or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when required
- Familiarity with inventory management and production planning software is a plus
