Qualiblend, Inc. is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing and logistics team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. In this role, you will play a key part in moving raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory and timely production support. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies to protect team members and shipments.
Position overview: This role involves operating forklifts to transport pallets, load/unload materials, and support daily operations across warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Move materials, raw goods, and finished products to and from storage areas, staging zones, and production lines.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts; report maintenance needs or defects.
- Assist with cycle counts and accuracy of inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/workspace; follow housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; basic reading and math skills.
- Valid forklift operator certification or demonstrated experience operating forklifts (preferred).
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Basic computer or inventory software familiarity is a plus.
