As a Forklift Operator, you will manage the safe handling of pallets and containers, load and unload shipments, and move goods to designated locations within the warehouse. You will support inventory accuracy through staging, put-away, and cycle counts while partnering with Receiving, Shipping, and Production teams. You will perform routine forklift inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere to company safety policies, 5S standards, and GMP guidelines. Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to safely load, unload, move, and stack goods according to warehouse procedures.
- Pickup and deliver materials to correct locations, ensuring accurate put-away and staging for production or shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating location, quantities, and lot information in the warehouse system.
- Perform daily forklift inspections, report defects, and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
- Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory reconciliation to uphold accuracy.
- Keep the workspace organized and compliant with 5S, safety, and quality standards; ensure proper palletization and packaging as required.
- Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, and Production teams to meet daily targets and support on-time order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role.
- Valid forklift operator certification and knowledge of safety procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items and work in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail and strong inventory accuracy skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or basic computer skills for logging transactions.
- Good communication, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Balintawak, Metro Manila and to follow company policies and safety standards.
