Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and process all export documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies to optimize routing and compliance.
- Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve exceptions, and provide real-time updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to maximize profitability and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a multinational freight forwarding company.
- Strong knowledge of air export procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, CW1).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
