Important Notice: Punctuality is a strict requirement for this position. Any freelancer arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rejected for the day's job. We utilize a digital punchcard system for all timekeeping; please ensure you clock in and out accurately using the Freshmart system.

Responsibilities
- Sort, grade, and inspect fruits according to Freshmart quality standards to ensure only the best products are shipped.
- Pack fruits carefully into designated boxes or containers, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized packing area to comply with food safety regulations.
- Operate the Freshmart Punchcard system accurately to log start and end times for each shift.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders during the morning operations.
- Handle all products with care to minimize damage and waste.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to arriving on time for shifts.
- Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- No prior experience is required, as training will be provided on-site.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
