Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality microservices-based backend systems and responsive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features within an agile environment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to ensure seamless performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software craftsmanship and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically working with microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, and backend frameworks like Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
